After working on new business development at a venture-type independent consulting firm, I switched to the HR industry. I first gained experience supporting career changes for venture companies, and now I mainly help high-level professionals move to foreign IT vendors and consulting firms. I try to provide comprehensive career support that takes advantage of perspectives from companies, recruitment, and career consulting, considering the characteristics of ventures vs. large companies, as well as Japanese vs. foreign firms.
