Araki Daisuke got the very first offer to give a lecture at in-house All Hands Meeting at consumer group of Microsoft Japan.
He spoke about what he had thought when he started working at recruiting agency and gave a lecture on the topic of ‘What you have to do first to step-up your career’ and ‘What kind of a person company really wants’ towards over 100 sales and engineer listeners.
